AzuraCast Report Generator is a desktop tool that automatically converts AzuraCast played-song history into ready-to-submit XLSX music usage reports. It supports multi-location reporting, ISRC handling, and customizable export formats for STIM, IFPI, and similar organizations worldwide.
AzuraCast Report Generator (XLSX) is a practical desktop tool that transforms your AzuraCast “played songs” history into a clean, ready-to-submit Music Usage Report in Excel (.xlsx) format — built for real-world licensing and compliance workflows such as STIM / IFPI-style reporting.
Instead of manually copying play logs, cleaning song titles, and formatting spreadsheets, you simply select your station profile, choose the reporting period, and generate a professional report in seconds.
Connects to your AzuraCast station using an API key
Pulls playback timeline / song history for any date and time range
Writes everything directly into a pre-formatted XLSX template (while keeping your header and layout intact)
Supports one stream → multiple stores/locations reporting by duplicating each play row across multiple customer locations and audio zones (ideal for retail chains)
Exports song plays into a structured Excel report with the fields you need, such as:
Date, Time, Business/Org Number, Customer, Location, Zone, ISRC, Duration, Artist, Title
Store multiple customers/locations under the same licensed company and automatically generate separate rows per location for the same song plays.
Uses AzuraCast’s ISRC field first (if already filled in the media manager)
Optional fallback: MusicBrainz ISRC lookup when AzuraCast ISRC is missing
Adjustable duration tolerance for better matching across edits / clean versions
Exclude short audio items with one click (default: under 30 seconds) to keep reports clean and submission-ready.
Add, edit, and delete station profiles and customer/location entries directly inside the app.
